If you keep on experiencing a problem with your JackPair usage, please read the information below to check whether your issue is covered under the JackPair warranty.
JackPair Money-Back Guarantee: (for Purchase via JackPair Webstore)
We want you to be a happy user and proud supporter of JackPair. If you are not satisfied with with your JackPair purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. This Money-Back Guarantee does NOT include merchandise with any items damaged due to reasons not covered under JackPair-Warranty-Policy (see below). The associated shipping fees are not refundable.
NOTE: This Money-Back Guarantee is non-transferable and only applies to the first owner who originally purchased the product from JackPair.com online webstore.
If you are not satisfied with your JackPair purchase, and it’s within the conditions described in the JackPair Money-Back Guarantee policy, you can follow the instructions below to return it for refund:
First, please request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from us, by writing us an email at refund@awitsystem.com.
Our customer support staff will contact you to verify your order information, and send you a RMA-Form to be filled by you.
Please package and ship the return merchandise, along with a copy of the filled-in RMA-Form, back to us, per the the instructions listed on the RMA-Form. NOTE: that you have to pay the shipping cost here, as we do not cover it under our Money-Back Guarantee policy.
The returned merchandise must be received by us within 21 days of issuing the RMA-Form, and your card will be credited upon our receipt of the returned merchandise.
JackPair Limited Warranty
IMPORTANT: By using your JackPair product, you are agreeing to be bound by the term of this JackPair Limited Warranty below.
DO NOT USE YOUR PRODUCT UNTIL YOU HAVE READ THE TERMS OF THE WARRANTY.
If you do not agree to the terms of the WARRANTY, please do not use the product and return it immediately to us or the authorized distributor for a refund.
JackPair products and accessories are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship by AWIT Systems Inc. (AWIT) for one (1) year from the original date of purchase.
Within this period, AWIT will, at its sole option, repair or replace any components that fail in normal use.
Such repairs or replacement will be made at no charge to the customer for parts or labor, provided that the customer shall be responsible for any transportation costs.
This Limited Warranty does not apply to:
normal wear and tear, or cosmetic damage from normal use, such as scratches, nicks and dents;
damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, flood, fire, or other acts of nature or external causes;
damage to a product that has been modified or altered without the written permission of AWIT;
damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not an official service provider authorized by AWIT;
No warranty is made that the JackPair software will meet your specific requirements or will work in combination with any phones or communication products provided by third parties, that the operation of the JackPair products will be error free or uninterrupted.
AWIT assumes no liability for any accident, injury, death, loss, or other claim related to or resulting from the use of JackPair products. In no event shall AWIT be liable for incidental or consequential damages relating to or resulting from the use of this product or any of its parts.
